i had just made a new group and i want to know how many members can i collect to open a new room.

Sorry, but there is no concrete number of members which is an open sesame for a New room automatically,
please accept !

To open a New Group room needs more than only to collect a special number of members. You must be a well-known and trustworthy player or team leader for a longer period. Only integrated personalities will reach the allowence to open a new room, but only if there is really a demonstrably need for it.
This means that all Groups are monitored and Group Rooms are added/removed according to the Groups activities.
